S.O.U.L. Church exists to create a space where people can encounter Jesus and experience genuine community. Since 1995, Pastor Leon and his team have faithfully served the streets of Dallas, meeting spiritual and physical needs. More than 200 people are cared for each week through this ministry that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit. Every Sunday, rain or shine, S.O.U.L. Mobile Church gathers in an open field near Fair Park for worship and outreach. This unique “church without walls” provides prayer, food, clothing, hygiene packs, free haircuts, showers, and laundry services for our homeless neighbors. Through this Beyond the Walls project, we’ll partner with the City of Celina and Gunter to help care for a neighbor in need by cleaning their yard and restoring their outdoor space. Projects may include mowing, trimming trees, raking leaves, clearing debris, and hauling larger items to a dumpster. It’s a chance to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and make an immediate, visible impact for someone who may not have the ability or resources to maintain their property. More than just yard work, this is about showing up for someone in a hard season—bringing dignity, relief, and encouragement through simple acts of service.
